OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, TO RELEASE THE
RESTORATION BOND FOR THE FILL PERMIT FOR
BUILDINGS NOS. 20,21,22 & 23 IN THE DOS LAGOS
P.U.D.
WHEREAS, the fill work has been completed for buildings
Nos. 20,21,22 & 23 locacted in the Dos Lagos P.U.D., and,
WHEREAS, restoration of any damage to public or private
property has been restored to an equal or better condition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the Restoration Cash Bond in the amount of $2,000.00
posted for the fill permit for the above named building sites is
hereby released.
