88-NNN A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING RESOLUTION 87-MMM REGARDING
CERTAIN DESIGNATION OF FUND BALANCE;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, on September 16, 1987, the City Commission
duly passed and adopted Resolution 87-MMM and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Commission made a specific
designation of portions of the fund balance, and
WHEREAS, Section 2 of said Resolution 87-MMM designated
ONE MILLION DOLLARS ($1,000,000.00) for emergency and
disaster response programs,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Section 2 of Resolution 87-MMM is hereby
amended to provide that FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND ($400,000.00)
DOLLARS of the undesignated fund balance be designated for
emergency and disaster response programs.
Section 2. That each and every other Section of
Resolution 87-MMM shall remain in full force and effect as
previously enacted.
