A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A WATER SERVICE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH ~ND EDNA SMITH; A COPY OF SAID
AGREE~iENT BEING ATTACHED HERETO AS
EXHIBIT "A"; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, this matter has appropriately been reviewed by
ity Staff and staff has recommended approval of the water
service agreement at the present time; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach deems it to be in the best interest of the residents
Df the City to execute said Water Service Agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
DF THE CITY OF BOYN~ON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
~ection 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute a certain Water Service
Agreement between the City of Boynton Beach, Florida and
Edna Smith, said Agreement being attached hereto as Exhibit
Section 2. This Resolution
immediately upon passage.
