A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COmmISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
SUPPORTING THE P.T.A. IN THEIR STATEWIDE
MOMENT OF SILENCE ON JANUARY 14, 1992,
AT 10:00 A.M.
WHEREAS, January 14, 1992 is the first day of the
~gislative Session; and
WHEREAS, ~he P.T.A. will have a statewide moment of
~ilence on January 14, 1992 at 10:00 A.M. to demonstrate to
the State Legislature that the citizens of the State are
maintaining a watchful eye on the legislative session
regarding the issue of education ; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida desires to show their support of the P.T.A.
in this endeavor.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida desires to show their support of the
P.T.A. by joining in their moment of silence on January 14,
1992, at 10:00 A.M.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to
forward a copy of this Resolution upon adoption to the
appropriate Legislators and the State P.T.A.
