A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A SERVICE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH AND APPLECA~RE, THROUGH INACOMP
COMPUTER CENTERS~ SAID AGREEMENT BEING
ATTACHED HERETO AS EXHIBIT "A"; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BO~BEA~H, FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, does hereby authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to
execute a certain Agreement between the City of Boynton Beach and
Applecare, through Inacomp Computer Centers, which Agreement is
attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
Section 2.

This Resolution shall take effect immediately
