A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPROVING THE RELEASE OF A SURETY BOND
IN THE AMOUNT OF $286,908.00 TO SAFECO
INSURANCE CO. (WINDWARD PHASE II); AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton
each, Florida, upon recommendation of staff, authorizes
7elease of the surety bond for the project known as Windward
Phase II to Safeco Insurance Co.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED ~Y THE CITY COMMISSION
)F THE CITY OF':BOyN~oN BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, hereby approves release of the
~urety bond for the project known as Windward Phase II to
Safeco Insurance Co.
Section 2. That this Resolution
