A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CiTY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
RATIFYING THE SOUTH CENTRAL REGIONAL
WASTEWATER TREATMENT AND DISPOSAL BOARD
ACTION OF JULY 23, 1992, AUTHORIZING
UTILIZATION OF THE SINKING FUND IN THE
AMOUNT OF $63,000,00 FOR REPAIRS TO THE
CENTRIFUGE; AS~ PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the South Central Regional Wastewater
reatment & Disposal Board at a meeting held on July 23,
1992, authorized utilization of the Sinking F~nd for repairs
the Centrifuge in the amount of $63,000.00, and
WHEREAS, The South Central Regional Wastewater
~reatment & Disposal Board now requests ratification by each
respective City being D~lray Beach and BQynton Beach;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
)F THE C~TY OF BOYR~ON BE~cH, FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of
~oyntcn Beach, Florida, does hereby approve the action taken
~y the South central Regional wastewater Treatment &
~isp0sai Board on July 23, 1992, authorizing utilization of
~he Sinking Fund for the purposes stated above.
Section 2. This Resolution

RATIFICATION OF SOUTH CENTRAL REGIONAL
WASTEWATER TREATMENT AND DISPOSAL BOARD
ACTION OF JULY 23,1992
WHEREAS, the South Central Regional Wastewater Treatment and
Disposal Board on July 23, 1992, by a vote of 7-0 authorized
usage of funds from the Sinking Fund not to exceed the amount of
$65r000 for repairs to the Centrifuge.
WHEREAS, said Board action requires ratification by the City
of Boynton Beach and the City of Delray Beach,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Boynton Beach and the City of
Delray Beach hereby ratify said Board action independently.
