A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COmmiSSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
RATIFYING THE SOUTH CENTRAL REGIONAL
WASTEWATER TREATMENT AND DISPOSAL BOARD
ACTION OF JULY 23, 1992, AUTHORIZING USE
OF THE EXCESS OPERATING REVENUES FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR 1991/92 TO FINANCE PHASE I
REUSE ENGINEERING WITH BROWN & CALDWELL
IN THE AMOUNT OF $199~620; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the the South Central Regional Wastewater
& Disposal Board at a meeting held on July 23,
[992, authorizing use of the excess operating revenues for
~he Fiscal Year 1991/92 to finance Phase I Reuse Engineering
~ith Brown & Caldwell in the amount of $199~620; and
WHEREAS, The South Central Regional Wastewater
~s :al Board budget now requests ratification
each res City being Delray Beach and Boynton
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of
Beach, Florida, does hereby approve the action taken
the South Central Regional Wastewater Treatment &
Disposal Board on Jul~ 3, 1992~ authorizing use of the
~xcess operating revenues for the Fiscal Year 1991/92 to
[inance Phase I Reuse Engineering with Brown & Caldwell in
~he amount of $199,620.
Section 2. This Resolution

RATIFICATION OF SOUTH CENTRAL REGIONAL
WASTEWATER TREATMENT AND DISPOSAL BOARD
ACTION OF JULY 23,1992
WHEREAS, the South Central Regional Wastewater Treatment and
Disposal Board on July 23, 1992, by a vote of 7-0 authorized
usage of the excess Operating Revenues for the fiscal year
1991,/92 to finance Phase 1 Reuse Engineering with Brown &
Caldwell in the amount of $199,620 and subject to ratification by
City of Boynton Beach and City of Delray Beach in independent
sessions; and
WHEREAS, said Board action requires ratification by the City
of Boynton Beach and the City of Delray Beach,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Boynton Beach and the City of
Delray Beach hereby ratify said Board action independently.
The above action is hereby ratified in open session by the
