13 WHEREAS, The Auburn Group has requested that the City of Boynton Beach sign
14 and submit 2009 State of Florida Universal Cycle verification documents in support of
15 applications for tax credits to be used for Auburn Group's for Low Income Housing Tax
16 Credits as required by procedures established by the Florida Housing Finance Corporation;
17 and
18 WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach upon
19 recommendation of staff, deems it to be in the best interest of the citizens of the City of
20 Boynton Beach to authorize the City Manager to execute City verifications in support of the
21 tax credit application of the Auburn Group for Development of a project commonly referred a
22 Palm Cove to be used for Auburn Group's application for Low Income Housing Tax Credits
23 as required by the Florida Housing Finance corporation.
24 NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
25 THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, THAT:

27 Section 1: The foregoing "Whereas" clauses are hereby ratified and confirmed as

3 documents (copies of which are attached as composite Exhibit "A" to this Resolution) in
4 support of a tax credit application on behalf of the Auburn Group for development of Palm
5 Cove (located on the west side of North Federal Highway approximately 1 mile south of
6 Woolbright Road) to be used by Auburn Group's for its application for Low Income Housing
7 Tax Credits.
8 Section 3: This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
