A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING A RELEASE OF SURETY TO
TRAMMEL CROW RESIDENTIAL, IN THE AMOUNT
OF $11,887.02 and $11,000.00 FOR THE
VININGS PLAT 1 AND VININGS PLAT 2,
RESPECTIVELY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
W~{EREAS, the developer of this parcel, previously
posted a performance bond in the amount of $11,887.02 (Plat
1) and cash sureEy in the amount of $11,000.00 (Plat 2) as
surety to guarantee completion of water and sewer facilities
serving this site; and
W~EREAS, a final inspection has been conducted on this
pro]ect and the system appears to be functioning properly
without any defects;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, based upon ~he recommendation of
staff, hereby approves a release of surety in the amount of
$11,887.02 and $11,000.00 to Trammel Crowe Residential for
Vinings Plat 1 and Vinings Plat 2, respectively.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall become
effective immediately upon passage.
