DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Thank you for requesting services from Intuit IT Solutions. We are pleased to present this statement of
work. Should project scope change due to the availability of new or different information, our costs may
change. Should such an event occur, you will be provided a change of scope document and the
opportunity to approve any cost changes prior to any out of scope activities.
You have requested consultative services to evaluate your current Track-It! installation and provide best
practices process recommendations and a plan for effectively moving to Track-It! 6.0.

like a Technical Consultant onsite to install the Enterprise 6.0 product and assist in migrating processes
and key data elements to take advantage of new functionality. We will also conduct product training for
your staff. Activities include:

Note: All existing data including inventory and user data is brought forward. A new feature in 6.0 is the User
Authentication Import feature. Please note that this feature is intended only for new installations with no existing
userlinventory data. Due to the split of work station and users, running the user importer will not retain the historical
links between the user and the existing inventory data. Re-establishing these links is not included in the above
process but can be provided on a time and materials basis upon request.
Note: Third-party integration, data migration from other applications, custom Crystal report development and custom
programming cannot be estimated until further definition is completed and they are not included in this statement of
work. Such activities would be defined and a statement of work including costs will be written for your approval prior
to beginning work.
