DISBURSEMENTS IN THE YEAR 1944.)
WHEREAS, the Charter of the City of Boynton Beach
provides that all public monies shall be disbursed only on
check, to be signed by the Mayor and countersigned'by at
least one other member of the Commission; and,
WHEREAS, William J. Daly has been duly elected,
qualified, and is acting Mayor of the City of Boynton Beach;
and,
WHEREAS, A. V. Peterson has been duly elected, qual-
ified, and is acting City Clerk -- ,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of City
Commissioners of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, t~t
William J. Daly as Mayor and A. V. Peterson as City Clerk,
furnish the West Palm Beach Atlantic National Bank of West
Palm Beach, Florida, the First National Bank of Lake Worth,
Florida, and the Florida State Bank of Delray Beach, Florida,
a specimen of their signatures on the cards provided for this
purpose; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a signed carbon copy of
this Resolution be sent to the West Palm Beach Atlantic National
Bank of West Palm Beach, Florida; the First National Bank of
Lake Worth, Florida and the Florida State Bank of Delray Beach,
Florida.
