08/01/55-2A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPROVING, RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING A SPECIAL WARRANTY
DEED FROM SAID CITY TO WALTER LEWERENZ JR., DATED AUGUST 1, 1955.
WHEREAS, the City of Boynton Beach (formerly Town of
Boynton), a municipal corporation existing under the laws of the
State of Florida by Special Warranty Deed dated August 1st, 1955
did grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and
confirm unto Walter Lewerenz Jr. the following described real
property lying and being in Palm Beach County, Fiorida, to wit:
LOTS 19, 20. 21, BLOCK 3 of
BOYNTON HEIGHTS ADDITION TO BOYNTON
(REVISED PLAT) AS IN DB 10 P 61+
and
WHEREAS, there appears to be no minute record or
resolution authorizing said sale on file in the City Clerk's
Office in Boynton Beach, Florida;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City CounCil of
the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, as follows:
SECTION 1: That said sale by the City of Boynton Beach
(formerly Town of Boynton), a municinal corporation existing
under the laws of the State of Florida and the Special Warranty
Deed issued pursuant thereto dated august 1st, 1955 and recorded
in Deed Record Book 1013, Page 196, Palm Beach County Records,
be and the same is hereby approved, ratified and confirmed;
and all matters and things done in pursuance thereof and the
nurchase price paid therefor by Walter Lewerenz Jr., be and the
same is hereby approved, ratified and confirmed.
