A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING A RELEASE OF A CASH BOND TO
CONTRACTORS MANAGEMENT SERVICES, INC.,
FOR THE PROJECT KNOWN AS HIGH RIDGE (SHELL
BUILDINGS "A" AND "B"), IN THE AMOUNT OF
$19,629.50; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, on February 14, 2003, the Building Division accepted cash bond in
the amount of $19,629.50 from Contractors Management Services, Inc., to guarantee
completion of all permitted work at the High Ridge (Shell Buildings "A" and "B")
located at 100 Commerce Road; and
WHEREAS, a final inspection has been conducted on this project, the work has
been completed, and a Certificate of Occupancy has been issued.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, based
apon the recommendation of staff, hereby approves the release of a cash bond in the
amount of $19,629.50 to Contractor's Management Services, Inc., for the project known
as the High Ridge (Shell Buildings "A" and "B"), located at 100 Commerce Road.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
passage.
