01-07-57BRESOLUTION
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, does, pursuant to Article 15 of the Charter of the said
City, deem it necessary for the public interest, that certain
streets, boulevards, avenues, lanes, alleys, parkways, and other
public highways, within the limits of the said City, be improved
by being built, repaired, resurfaced, and rebuilt, now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BOMNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Superintendent of Public Works is hereby direct-
ed and ordered to prepare an estimated cost of repair, resurfac-
lng, rebuilding and constructing; streets, roads, boulevards,
avenues, lanes, alleys, parkwJays, and other public highways over
the dedicated rights-of-wa~ as hereinafter set forth:

N. W. Seventh Street in Laurel Hills Subdivision, approxi-
mately 2,760 feet, more or less.
Ocean Avenue from S. W. Third Street to S. W. Seventh Street,
approximately 5,332 feet, more or less.
2. That the Superintendent of Public Works shall pre-
pare plans and specifications which shall be on file with the
City Clerk of the City of Boynton Beach, which said plans and
specifications shall be in accordance with the laws and ordi-
nances of said City of Boynton Beach.
3. The said Superintendent of Public Works shall have
prepared and present to the next regular'City Council meeting of
the City of Boynton Beach, on January 21, 1957, the said plans
and ~pecifications as herein mentioned.
