RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, LEVYING CERTAIN SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
AGAINST PROPERTY WITHIN THE MUNICIPAL LIMITS
OF SAID CITY FOR ABATEMENT OF NUISANCES
THEREON AND PROVIDING FOR A METHOD OF
PAYMENT THEREOF.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 13 of the Code
of Ordinances of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEAC~I,FLORIDA, the City has
heretofore caused certain public nuisances to be abated on property more
particularly described hereafler, all located within the municipal limits
of said City; and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk has heretofore compiled an assess-
ment roll showing the lots and land whereon said nuisances were so abated
and accordingly assessed to pay the cost incurred by the City in connection
with such abatement and the amount of assessment as to each such lot or
parcel, which said roll has been examined by the City Council;
NOW~ THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
1. That the special assessment roll covering the abatement of
the nuisances hereinabove referred to, a true copy of which is set forth
hereafter, is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed and the amounts in-
dicated for each lot or parcel described therein are hereby levied against
same as special assessments and same shall constitute liens against said
lands, subject to equalization, as of the effective date of this Resolution;
that a copy of said assessment roll is as follows:

2. That a public hearing shall be held at the Boynton Beach Ci~
Hall on the ,~ day of ~-~r~0Mz~ , A. D. 196___~, at '-~''~ O o'clock
f.M. , at which time the City Council will sit as a Board of Equalization to
hear and consider any and all complaints as to the above and foregoing assess-
ments; that upon the equalization of said special assessment roll and approval
thereof by the City Council, such equalized assessments shall stand confirmed
and remain legal, valid and binding obligations upon the property against which
made until paid. Said assessments shall be payable at once upon equalizing
shall bear interest from that date at the rate of 6% per annum until paid.
