62-ZRESOLUTION
No. 62-Z
WHEREAS, the owners of all of the lands abutting a certain
twenty foot publicly dedicated alley lying between Lois l, 2 and 3 and Lois
10, ll and 12, all in Block ll, ORIGINAL TOWN OF BOYNTON, have
petitioned the City Council of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
for the adoption of a Resolution vacating and abandoning said publicly dedicate.

WHEREAS, it appears that subject alley has never been laid
out, improved or used by the general public; and
WHEREAS, after thorough investigation it appears that no
hardship will be occasioned by the abandoning of said alley and that such
abandonment will be for the best interest of the general public, and no valid
reason exists why subject alley should not be vacated;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
1962.
That the publicly dedicated twenty foot alley lying between
lots 1, 2 and 3 and Lots 10, 11 and 12, all in Block
(lying east of the Florida East Coast Railway right-of-way)
ORIGINAL TOWN OF BOYNTON, according to the plat
thereof on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court
in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, recorded in Plat
Book 1, page 23, is hereby vacated, nullified, closed and
abandoned and subject area is hereby returned to acreage
for purposes of taxation.
