01-15-62RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, has heretofore
entered into a certain Construction Trust Fund Agreement with THE ATLANTIC
NATIONAL BANK OF WEST PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, AS Trustee, providing for the
disbursement of trust funds derived from the sale of certain water revenue
bonds, Series 1960, issued in connection with the expansion of the city's
municipal water system; and
WHEREAS, Section 3 of said Agreement provides that withdrawals
shall be made from said trust fund, with certain exceptions, only upon
written requisition executed by the General Manager or other duly authorized
official of the city, in charge of the water system, with approval by the
consulting engineers; and
WHEREAS, JOHN L. ARCHIE, as Mayor, has heretofore been designated
by the city as the duly authorized official to prepare and execute such
written requisitions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT P~OLVED by the City Council of the CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, that J. B. HENDERSON, as City Administrator, is
hereby designated as the official of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
duly authorized to prepare and/or approve written requisitions for with-
drawals from the water revenue bond construction trust fund referred t~
hereinabove, in accordance with Section 3 of subject trust agreement. All
other terms and provisions of said trust agreement shall remain in full
force and effect as written.
