64-URESOLUTION No. 64-U
WHEREA~, the City Council of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, in cormection with the construction of the new municipal jail
building, deems it advisable, for accounting purposes, that a separa~bank
account be established for the payment of all bills incurred in connection with
subject project~
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
1. That OLIVE WALLACE, Finance Director, is hereby authorized
and directed to establish a checking account with the FIRST BANK OF
BOYNTON B~ACH, FLORIDA, to be designated as "City of Boynton Beach
Municipal Jail Construction Fund Account". Checks and drafts on said accou
shall be drawn by OLIVE WALLACE, Finance Director, or in her absence by
R. B. CARRIER, City Treasurer, and countersigned by F. T.' KAIN, City
Manager, or in his absence by J. ALLISON BANKs, Mayor. The Finance
Director is further authorized and directed to transfer to said Municipal Jail
Construction Fund Account, the total sum of $33,125.00 from the existing
Municipal Se If- Insurance Fund.
