64-YRESOLUTION NO. 64-Y WHEREAS, the owners of the lands abutting certain publicly dedicated areas within the city of Boynton Beach, Florida, more particularly described hereinafter, have heretofore requested the City Council of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, for the adoption of a resolution vacating and abandoning said areas: and WHEREAS, after thorough investigation and public hearings on said application by the Municipal Planning Board, which has favorably recommended subject abandonment, it appears that no valid reason exists why subject areas should not be vacated; and WHEREAS, the above applicants have heretofore furnished appropriate easement grants to the City, providing alternate means of ingress and egress for public utilities to subject property, NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA: 1. That the following publicly dedicated areas are hereby vacated, nullified, closed and abandoned and said areas are hereby returned to acreage for purposes of taxation: The East 81.04 feet of Lot 41, and the East 81.04 feet of Lot 42, all in Block 11, CHAPEL HILL, a subdivision of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, according to the Plat thereof on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, recorded in Plat Book 24, Page 11i.
