WHEREAS, the City Council of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, pursuant to the Charter of said City,
public interest that the public street of said City,
cribed hereinafter, be improved by being built,
and/or rebuilt; and
deems it necessary for the

repaired, resurfaceS,
WHEREAS, the City Council of said City has heretofore, by
Resolution, according to law, required the Superintendent of Public Works
to prepare an estimated cost of such improvements and to prepare plans and
specifications covering the construction of same; and
WHEREAS, the said Superintendent of Public Works has com'
such requirements, and said plans and specifications are now on file in his
office, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH; FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the following public street hereinafter described shall be
constructed and/or rebuilt over the public dedicated right-of-way thereof,
in accordance with plans and specifications as required by the laws of the
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, and now on file in the office of the
Superintendent of Public Works, said street being more particularly
as follows:
That portion of N.E. 4th Avenue, lying between
N.E. 4th Street and Railroad Avenue.

2. The City Council will sit for the purpose of hearing objections,
if any, to the above proposed improvements on the ..~ day of ~~/ ,
A. D. 1964, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P. M. , at the Boynton Beach City Hall,
Boynton Beach, Florida.
3. Each abutting property owner along the above proposed improve
ment shall be assessed on a front footage basis, charging said owner his pro-
portionate share as divided by the total improvement cost. Any such assess-
ment may be paid within 90 days from the date of confirmation thereof, withoui
interest. Thereafter all assessments shall be payable in equal annual
installments with interest at ~ % per annum from the expiration of said
~(~ days in each of the succeeding years at the time or times in each year
at which general municipal taxes are payable, provided that any assessment
may be paid at any time before due, together with interest accrued thereon to
the date of payment.
