R66-XRESOLUTION NO. 66-X
WHEREAS, the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH is presently planning to
make application for grants under certain existing Federal aid projects; and,
WHEREAS, in connection therewith it is essential that the County of
Palm Beach implement County-wide planning in order to enable the City to
obtain favorable consideration upon its above applications;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
THAT the Board of County Commissioners, Palm Beach County,
Florida are hereby respectfully urged to immediately promulgate a County-wide
planning program and in connection with the implementation of said plan, to
appoint a committee and otherwise establish the administrative procedures
for the accomplishment of said plan.
