70-HH A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPOINTING LIBRARIAN, AND FIXING HER RATE OF PAY.
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, appointed Mrs. Virginia K. Farace as Librarian of said
City on December 2, 1970;
AND WHEREAS, Section 20 of the Charter of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, provides that the salaries of all offi-
cers and employees, except the Mayor and City Council shall be
fixed by resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
City of Boynton Beach, Florida:
That the annual salary of Mrs. Virginia K. Farace, Librarian
of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, is hereby fixed at $6,864.
