73-F~SOLUTION NO. 73-F
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, in its discretion, pursuant to the Charter of said City,
deems it necessary and essential to the public interest of the
inhabitants and property owners of said City, that certain
publicly dedicated streets, more particularly described herein-
after, located within the municipal limits of said City, be
improved by constructing, repairing, resurfacing and/or rebuild-
ing same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
1. That the City Engineer of the City of Beynton Beach,
Florida, is hereby directed and ordered to prepare an estimated
cost of constructing, repairing, resurfacing and/or rebuilding
the following described public streets over the dedicated
right-of-way thereof located within the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida:
That portion of N. E. 1st Avenue lying between
N. E. 1st Street and N. E. 3rd Street and that por-
tion of N. E. 2nd Street lying between Ocean Avenue
and N. E. 1st Avenue.
such improvements, with plans and specifications and estimated
costs, shall be in accordance with the laws and ordinances of said
City of Boynton Beach, Florida, and shall be filed in the office
of the said City Engineer of the City.
