A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA;
CHANGING THE EXTENSION OF N.E. 3RD COURT TO N.E.
2ND LANE; LOCATED IN ROLLING GREEN RIDGE-FIRST
ADDITION AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 224-
226 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY,
FLORIDA; TO AVOID DUPLICATION IN THE CITY NUMBERING
SYSTEM.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida has in the past established the gridding system of numbering
its streets and highways, and
numbering would occur;
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved hy
the City of Boynton Beach, Florida:
That the extension of N.E. 3rd Court
2nd Lane in Rolling Green Ridge - First Addition;
Pages 224-226.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS ~ DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1973.
WHEREAS, it now appears that if the extension of the
3rd Court is not changed to N.E. 2nd Lane, duplication of
the City Council of
