74-KKRESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF B0¥NTON BEACH, FLORIDA, VACATING AND ABANDONING CERTAIN'UTILITY EASEMENTS. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, has received a petition from the owner of the land described hereinafter for the adoption of a resolution vacating and abandoning certain utility easements presently lying in and upon said lands; and WHEREAS, subj.ect abandonment has heretofore been considered by the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, and a favorable recommendation has been rendered in connection therewith; and WHEREAS, after thorough public investigation and public hearing on said abandonment, it appears that no hardship will be occasioned by such abandonment, that said abandonment will be for the best interests of the general public, and that no valid reason exists why same should not be vacated; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA: Section 1: That the utility easements lying in and upon the following-described land in Palm Beach County, Florida, to-wit: Souther~y-~.~!O~f~eti~-of iLots i0~. 11,i~.12,113 ~d 14;~~ Westerly and Easterly 5 feet of Lot 14; Westerly 5 feet of Lot 13; Easterly 5 feet of Lot 11; Westerly 5 feet of Lot 10; Southerly 5 feet of Lot 8; Northerly 5 feet of Lot 7; Easterly 5 feet of Lots 2 and 5; Westerly 5 feet of Lots 3 and 4; Southerly 5 feet of Lots 4, 5 and 6; Northerly 5 feet of Lots 1, 2 and 3; Block 106 as it appears on the Plat of the Tenth Section, Palm Beach Leisureville, recorded in Plat Book 30, Page 139, ~bti~.
