75-LRESOLUTION NO. 75-L
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING REIMBURSEMENT
OF EXPENSES TO PAUL H. STARTZMAN AS LIAISON FOR
SAID CITY.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, on January 7, 1974, adopted Resolution No. 74-A,
appointing Paul H. Startzman as liaison for the City with regard
to the establishment of a regional wastewater treatment and
disposal facility; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that Mr. Startzman
has incurred and shall continue to incur expenses in the perfor-
mance of his duties and responsibilities in said capacity.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, does hereby authorize the payment to Paul H.
Startzman the sum of $25°00 each week for expense allowance during
such time as he has served and shall continue to serve as said
liaison for the City and such additional sums as shall reimburse
Mr. Startzman for the expenses of trave~ including lodging and
meals, and long-distance telephone calls made by him in fulfilling
his duties and responsibilities as such liaison.
PASSED AND ADOPTED This 4th day of March, A.D., 1975.
