A RESOLUTION OF THE CIT~ OF BOYNTON BE~CH,
FLORIDA, ACCEPTING WATER LINES, SEWER LINES,
STREETS AND SIDEWALKS FOR JOSEPHINE S. LkTINO
SUBDIVISION
~{EREAS, Article XII Sections I and II of ~the City
Code require the City accept completed improvements for
maintenance and operation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. City of Boynton Beach hereby accepts
