81-QQA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE
UTILITIES FOR QUAIL RIDGE NO~TH.
WHEREAS, the utilities within the Quail Ridge, North area
have been completed and meet all the requirements of the City; and
WHEREAS, the Developer has met his financial obligations
relative to the utilities within Quail Ridge~ NorthLand for line
extensions; and
WHEREAS, utilities have been tested and found to be
acceptable for operation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City of Boynton Beach hereby accepts the
utility lines for maintenance and operation for Quail Ridge, North
Section 2. Any existing ~ur~ty ~ond ox letter of credit
filed with the City of Boynton Beach are hereby released.
