81-YYA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPROVING THE PLAT OF LAWSON
INDUSTRIAL PkRK, PI~T NO. 1, A ~SUBDIV~StON~
WITHIN THE CITY OF BO~NTOIg BEACH
WHEREAS, the final plat of Lawson Industrial Park,
Plat No. 1 was approved by a motion at the regular City Council
meeting on April 21, 1981; and
WHEREAS, this motion was made subject to Developer
filing a performance and completion bond in the total amount of
$224,370.00, insuring that improvements within said area are
installed, completed and paid for; and
~PIEREAS, subject bond has been received and a copy is
attached to and made a part of this Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section31. That the plat of Lawson Industrial Park,
Plat No. 1, is hereby resolved to have received final plat
approval by the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida
with all conditions previously agreed upon and subject subdivision
is hereby affirmed and adopted.
Section 2. That the Surety Bond in the amount of
$224,370.00 be held by the City in accordance with the provisions
set forth in the Charter and Code of Ordinances for the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida.
