FORMANCE BOND FOR OAK~OOD LAKES, PLAT

WHEREAS, a. request has been received to release
the cash bond on the water and sewer improvements, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Utilities concurred with
this request and has made his recommendation to release the
bond accordingly,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The cash bond in the amount of $85,367.70
is hereby released, in the total amount of $85,367.70.

The developers of the above project have requested release of
bond for the above project.
Please be advised that I recommend the release of this bond
inasmuch as the following have been completed.
~ Water Lines have been inspected.
Sewer lines have been inspected.
Water lines have been pressure tested
Bacteriological tests have been cleared.
Certification has been received by the
Engineer of Record
As built drawings & mylars were furnished.
Palm Beach County approved the sewer lines
for usage.
Palm Beach County approved the water lines
for usage.
