A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH~ FLORIDA, RELEASING THE
PERFORMANCE BOND FOR THE PRIVATE RECREATION
FACILITIES FOR THE MEAQOWS 300, PLAT NO. 1,
SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST,
AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGES 58-62 OF
PALM BEACH COUNTY RECORDS
WHEREAS~ a performance bond in the amount of $30,000
was posted for p~ivate re.creation facilities including grading,
sodding~ landscaping, bike rack~ pavilion with rest rooms,
tennis courts~ tot lot, and barbecue area, and
WHEREAS~ the Building Official and the City Engineer
have determined that the work is complete,
NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
The performance bond for private recreation facilities
in the amount of $30,000 may be hereby released.
