A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, REDUCING THE REQUIRED
VALUE OF THE BOND FOR THE LOOP ROAD PAVING AND
DRAINAGE IN CONNECTION WITH CHALET IV, PLAT NO.1,
A PART OF THE MELEAR P.U.D. IN SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP
45 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST
WHEREAS, the Loop Road paving and drainage has been
substantially completed, and,
WHEREAS, a certified cost estimateYfor the value of the
uncompleted work has been received from the Design Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
The Aetna Casualty and Surety Company bond for the Loop
Road paving and drainage in the amount of $193,335.40 may be
reduced to the value of $53,537.50.
