Meeting Minutes <br />City Commission <br />Boynton Beach, Florida November 7, 2017 <br />Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag led by Commissioner Casello <br />Roll Call <br />Judith A. Pyle, City Clerk, called the roll. All present. <br />Agenda Approval: <br />1. Additions, Deletions, Corrections <br />Mayor Grant asked if there were any additions, deletions or corrections to the agenda. <br />Commissioner Casello indicated he would like to pull item 6.D from the Consent <br />Agenda. <br />Commissioner Romelus requested item 12.13 to be moved to allow the speaker to leave <br />sooner. Mayor Grant indicated he would move 12.A, 12.13 and 6.D before Public <br />audience. <br />Mayor grant requested to place on future agenda to have staff look at the Palm Beach <br />County Panhandler Ordinance. He also would like staff to look at the City of Boynton <br />Beach Sign Ordinance regarding people holding signs in the right away. <br />2. Adoption <br />Mayor Grant asked for a motion to approve the agenda as amended. <br />Motion <br />Commissioner McCray moved to approve the agenda as amended. Commissioner <br />Romelus seconded. The motion was duly seconded and unanimously passed. <br />2. OTHER <br />A. Informational items by Members of the City Commission <br />Vice Mayor Katz informed the Commission he received a telephone call from David <br />Katz, regarding the High Ridge site. <br />Commissioner McCray indicated both he and Mayor Grant attended the Florida East <br />Coast Baptist Association meeting, held at St. John Missionary Baptist Church. He also <br />attended Ethics Training, and Pirate Fest. <br />Mayor Grant informed the Commission he attended the Ethics Training, sponsored by <br />the Palm Beach County League of City on October 18.
