Grant <br />Mayor Grant called the meeting to order at 6:00 P.M. <br />Lori LaVerriere, City Manager <br />James Cherof, City Attorney <br />Judith A. Pyle, City Clerk <br />CLOSED -DOOR SESSION to be held on February 7, 2017 commencing <br />at 6:00 p.m. in Commission Chambers at City Hall to discuss pending <br />litigation in the case: BARRY GOLDMAN, Plaintiff, vs CITY OF BOYNTON <br />BEACH, Defendant — Palm Beach County Circuit Court Case No. <br />2015CA011734XXXXMB <br />Mayor Grant announced the closed -door session regarding Barry Goldman vs. City of <br />Boynton Beach for the above captioned case. <br />Jim Cherof, City Attorney, announced present for the session was the City <br />Commissioners; Lori LaVerriere, City Manager; James Cherof, City Attorney; Tracy <br />DeCarlo, Assistant City Attorney; and a court reporter. <br />Mayor Grant recessed the meeting at 6:00 p.m. <br />Mayor Grant reconvened the meeting at 6:30 p.m. <br />Invocation was given by Reverend Bernie Macon <br />Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag led by Commissioner Casello <br />ROLL CALL <br />City Clerk Pyle called the roll. A quorum was present. <br />
